I guide people who feel stuck, anxious, or burnt out to reconnect with their energy, build resilience, and feel steadier in body and mind. My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and body-based - helping you release resistance, quiet self-criticism, and cultivate self-compassion and confidence.

I love reading fiction, biking along the river in summer, and cooking with friends — crafting pizzas, pasta, or desserts while listening to the perfect playlist. I bring this same curiosity, playfulness, and joy into my coaching sessions.
