Hi, I’m Nicole.
I'm so glad you're here!
I know firsthand how challenging it can be to manage stress, anxiety, self-criticism, and the heavy emotions that often accompany them. For years, I sought solutions in self-help books, courses, and various healing practices, always feeling like I wasn’t enough. While these efforts gave me valuable tools, I often felt stuck in a cycle of striving.
What I’ve learned is that real transformation doesn’t come from fixing yourself; it comes from embracing who you are right now. Inside of you is an innate sense of health and healing potential, ready to guide you through your journey. True change begins by meeting difficult emotions with curiosity and compassion, not pushing them away.
I’m not here to “fix” you because you’re not broken. My work is about helping you release resistance, quiet self-criticism, and nourish yourself with self-compassion, joy, and acceptance. Together, we’ll explore how to tap into your own wisdom and create safety, comfort, and ease inside your body.
You have everything you need inside of you to heal. Sometimes, it’s the small, meaningful practices that allow you to feel good and find peace in the present moment, bringing a sense of ease and regulation. Wherever you’re at, change is possible. You can feel lighter, more connected to yourself, and more at ease. Let’s explore how nourishing yourself with joy, curiosity, and self-compassion can create space for real transformation — and a self that feels just like you.

What do i do for fun?
I’m an avid fiction reader, and my favorite genres include classic fiction, magical realism, romance, and a bit of romantasy. In the summer, you can find me riding my bike by the river—especially if I can convince a friend to join me. There’s nothing like that free, cruising summer feeling, and I just can’t get enough of it.
I’m also a big fan of food and love making dinner with friends. It usually turns into crafting pizzas, a delicious pasta, or a decadent dessert paired with a fresh and simple salad—likely while hunting for the perfect "summer in Italy" playlist on Spotify.
