7 Days of Gentle Somatic Regulation

A grounded, foundational, and body-based email and video series to help you feel more at home in your body and build real nervous system capacity, without force or fixing.

This series is for people who sense that something in their system is often a little tight, a little braced, or not quite settled, even when life looks fine on the outside.

You might notice things like:

  • a background tension that doesn’t fully let go

  • low energy, flatness, or feeling dulled out

  • the sense that you’re holding yourself together rather than moving with ease

  • difficulty accessing rest, confidence, or flow, even when nothing is “wrong”

This work starts from a simple place of knowing there is nothing wrong with you.

Your nervous system has adapted in intelligent ways. Sensitivity, intensity, and depth are not problems. They just need enough internal support to be lived with more ease.

This 7-day series offers simple somatic practices that help build that support.

Each day includes a short video practice (7–11 minutes) and brief context to help you understand what you’re experiencing.

The 7 Practices

Day 1: Arrive in Your Body
Establish a clear, simple sense of presence. Not to calm yourself, but to orient to what’s already here.

Day 2: Release Tension Without Fighting
Learn how to follow tension rather than resist it, allowing the body to complete protective patterns instead of holding them indefinitely.

Day 3: Support the Vagus Nerve
Support this system that matters for energy, mood, digestion, and connection, and use gentle input to support overall regulation.

Day 4: Contain & Soothe
Learn how to contain sensation and emotion without overwhelm, collapsing, or needing to discharge it immediately.

Day 5: Mobilize Gently
Introduce movement in a way that respects timing and readiness, supporting emerging from freeze with the slowness that it requires.

Day 6: Balance Energy
Use pendulation and tapping to restore flexibility between activation and rest, rather than staying locked in one state.

Day 7: Rest & Restore
Support true settling. Not collapse or checking out, but rest that reinforces safety and integration.

My work focuses on helping people build nervous system capacity so their sensitivity and inner world can be lived with more ease, honesty, clarity, and trust.
