This library contains the guided practices I may recommend between our sessions. They are designed to help you build awareness of your nervous system, strengthen your connection with your body, and support the work we're doing together.

Your goal isn't to change what you feel, but simply to notice with curiosity.
Go at your own pace. If you feel overwhelmed, pause, take a break, or return to a practice that feels more supportive.
Bring any questions or observations to our next session. They often provide valuable information.
Like any new skill, nervous system awareness develops through gentle, consistent practice. Even a few minutes can make a difference over time.
