This library contains the guided practices I may recommend between our sessions. They are designed to help you build awareness of your nervous system, strengthen your connection with your body, and support the work we're doing together.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • There is no "right" way to do these practices.

  • Your goal isn't to change what you feel, but simply to notice with curiosity.

  • Go at your own pace. If you feel overwhelmed, pause, take a break, or return to a practice that feels more supportive.

  • Bring any questions or observations to our next session. They often provide valuable information.

Like any new skill, nervous system awareness develops through gentle, consistent practice. Even a few minutes can make a difference over time.
