How I Work

If you’re feeling stuck, anxious, or like something isn’t shifting even though you’ve done a lot of inner work, you’re not alone.

This is where we begin to work with what’s happening in your body, not just your thoughts.

My work is grounded, nervous-system-informed, and paced to what your body can actually integrate.

You don’t need to be fixed or force change.

Through somatic work, we build capacity so anxiety, overthinking, and shutdown don’t run the show.

You already have the capacity for safety, connection, ease, and vitality. We’re creating the support and conditions for that to emerge.

“Change happens when your system

feels safe enough to allow it.”

Somatic work may be for you if…

  • You struggle with fear around your desires.

  • You overthink but still feel stuck.

  • You feel anxious, overwhelmed, or on edge.

  • You shut down or lose energy when life gets stressful.

  • You notice patterns that don't seem to change.

  • You've been through difficult or overwhelming experiences that still affect you today.

  • You want to feel calmer, more grounded, and more like yourself.

  • You're ready for deeper nervous system work and aren't in immediate crisis.

  • You'd like compassionate support instead of doing it all alone.

Sessions are experiential and can be conversational, but we’re really paying attention to what’s happening beneath the words.

I work with your body’s natural capacity to heal by slowing down, noticing sensations, and staying with what’s present long enough for new patterns to emerge. Sometimes this shows up as new felt experiences of sensation, movement, sound, meaning, or emotion.

We might slow things down and notice sensations in your body, track where you feel tension or ease, or gently explore patterns like bracing, shutdown, or overwhelm.

There’s space for whatever shows up. Nothing needs to be forced or figured out.

Over time, your system begins to feel safer, and that’s where change starts to happen in a way that actually sticks.

WHat we can work on

THE Process

1. Stabilize

We start by helping your system feel more settled. This might include grounding, orienting, or simple practices that give your body a sense of support.

As things begin to steady, there’s more room for clarity and choice.

“Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast.”

2. CONTAIN

From a more resourced place, we begin to make space for what’s been hard to hold.

Emotions, sensations, or patterns can be met without overwhelm. You’re not diving in alone, you’re supported as things unfold.

When experience is held with enough containment, intensity often softens on its own and begins to reorganize.

“Contained safely, intensity can unfurl into vitality and freedom.”

3. Integrate

From a more resourced place, we begin to make space for what’s been hard to hold.

Emotions, sensations, movement, or patterns can be met and completedwithout overwhelm. You’re not diving in alone, you’re supported as things unfold.

“The pause is where change becomes real.”

4. Expand

From this grounded place, we explore how your growing capacity shows up in daily life.

This can include clearer boundaries, more confident decision-making, reconnecting with desire or motivation, or taking steps that once felt overwhelming.

The changes are steady and sustainable.

“With roots deep, the branches can reach wide.”

My Approach

This work is grounded in somatic experiencing, nervous system regulation, and parts work.

It’s gentle, but not surface-level.

We’re not trying to override your system. We’re building the capacity for it to respond differently, so you can feel more steady, connected, and at home in yourself.

Sessions are held online, so you can be in your own space.
